The Scottish Training Federation was originally formed in 1990 to represent providers of ‘National Training Programmes’ operating throughout the Scottish Enterprise and Northern regions.

As the collective voice of its members, STF is recognised by the Scottish Government, and other key stakeholders in the work based learning industry, as the main representative body of learning providers in Scotland.
