The STF Awards for 2010 will be in the following categories:
Success in Partnership Award - the judges will be looking for evidence of how the training providers look for opportunities to work in partnership producing measurable improvements and enhancing the learners’ experience.
Provision of Quality Training Award – the judges will be looking for evidence that the provider empowers their trainers with the correct skills and knowledge in order to deliver excellent provision.
Innovation in Training Award – the judges will be looking for evidence that the provider uses innovative ideas to design, develop, and deliver training by introducing dynamic and inventive processes.
Achiever of the Year Award - the judges will be looking for evidence of how an individual has overcome barriers and has secured employment and/or progressed in their current employment.
Employer Award – the judges will be looking for evidence of how an employer is an outstanding ambassador of workforce development.
The STF Provider of the Year Award – the judges will be looking for a training provider which demonstrates outstanding achievements in all aspects of delivery of vocational education and training.
