Make College your Goal
Forth Valley College was established in 2005 and we are now the 5th largest college in Scotland. We provide flexible education and training opportunities that are specifically designed to help people learn at a time and pace to suit their lifestyle and commitments.
Forth Valley College is made up of over 20,000 students and 600 staff and we deliver more than 750 courses from our main campuses in Falkirk, Alloa and Stirling (Spring Kerse and Raploch). There are also over 40 College outreach centres across the region.
We pride ourselves in offering courses to suit all levels of study - from non-certificated courses up to degree level, as well as vocational qualifications and bespoke training when required. We also deliver various access courses which can lead to further study, employment or onto Modern Apprenticeships. In fact, last year we were delighted to be named “Training Provider of the Year 2007” at the Scottish Modern Apprenticeship Awards.
Our expert teaching and support staff are committed to providing our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to help them meet the demands of modern day business and industry. Approximately 93% of our students successfully progress on to employment or University after completing their course at Forth Valley College.
The College works in partnership with many organisations, stakeholders, local authorities and employers. Developing these partnerships enables us to expand and improve our facilities as well as further enhancing our high standards of education.
Forth Valley College is a vibrant place to study – we have a course to suit everyone at every level and for every type of lifestyle. Set your goal and come to college.
