Gibson Training has been established since 1996 and is based in St.Andrews, Fife. We provide S/NVQ training in Health & Social Care at Levels 2, 3 & 4 and the Registered Managers Awards. Gibson Training is a company run by a dedicated team of professionals in Health Care.
Our aims and objectives are to help you create a high-calibre work force. We will give your staff the opportunity to develop expertise and knowledge through on-the-job assessment as well as developing vital skills such as team work and problem solving. This is achieved through our unique delivery approach in that we ensure all trainees meet with their allocated assessor on a one-to-one basis weekly or fortnightly, with the exception of e-assessment. Assessment practice is consistent, trainee morale is maintained and therefore trainees are less likely to 'drift'.
Gibson Training achieved the Scottish Quality Management Systems Award for training and development in 2002, this is current and audited annually. We are also a lead training provider for Scottish Enterprise (Fife). Gibson Training maintains a 95% success rate of trainees completing their SVQ Award.
Following investment in 2006 we are pleased to announce the opportunity to learn through e-assessment and now deliver S/NVQ awards nationally.
