A free member workshop focussing on the use of data and analytics to support the business case for a more diverse workforce will be held in Glasgow on Wednesday 14 June 2017.
Jane Gotts, from GenAnalytics, will lead the session, explaining that through better understanding of diversity performance we can set measures, targets and track progress. She will outline the need to mainstream diversity as an economic and business benefit beyond a nice to do.
The workshop will also include an update on recent equalities activities within Skills Development Scotland, including the review of quality standards for training providers. Karen Murray from SDS will lead on this session.
The workshop will be held from 10.00 – 12.00 at City & Guilds Scotland, 144 West George Street, Glasgow.
