We are currently looking for a Coach to join our team on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months.
The Employability Fund aims to support employability, vocational training and employment opportunities linked to the local labour market which fall within Stages 2 to 4 of the strategic skills and employability pipeline.
As Coach you will be responsible for all aspects of programme delivery, delivering pre-employment training programmes at Stages 3 and 4 of the Employability Fund; coaching, mentoring and supporting unemployed participants to reach their full potential. Removing barriers and enabling participants to prepare for and sustain employment, including entry to Modern Apprenticeships.
You will deliver a professional, high quality service through interactive and engaging employability and personal development group workshops and 1-2-1 sessions.
You will be required to deliver training and assessment, enabling participants to learn and achieve the SQA ‘Certificate of Work Readiness’ qualification, whilst adhering to quality procedures and Awarding Body requirements.
