Successful accreditation against the Standard is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustainability.
IiP reps confirmed that the organisation’s particular strengths lie within Leading and Inspiring people, Empowering and Involving People and Creating Sustainable Success.
Aileen Ponton, CEO of the SCQF Partnership commented: “I am absolutely delighted that the SCQF Partnership has achieved silver in its recent accreditation. This has been met by a small number of organisations in Scotland and we are very proud to be added to that list. I would like to formally thank the team here at SCQF Partnership. We believe very strongly in delivering a professional, knowledgeable and user friendly service and this accreditation recognises that. To achieve silver we had to demonstrate commitment by all staff across a range of criteria, from communication, strategic development and decision making to career development and training. The accreditation has also provided us with some further areas to develop and the team will be looking at how we take this forward in 2017 in order that we can aim for gold at the next accreditation.”
