Kellie is the Managing Director of JB Management (Scotland) Ltd, a training provider based in central Scotland delivering a large Modern Apprenticeship contract.
She has over 25 years experience of working in Learning and Development and dealing with learners, employers, Scottish Government, awarding and funding bodies in the UK and internationally.
Kellie has been a Director of STF from 2012 to 2018 and from 2020 to date, In November 2023, she was elected as STF Vice Chair for Political Engagement.
