Skills Development Scotland’s Senior Director of Transformation has been named as an Interim Co-chair of the Career Services Collaborative.
James Russell will take on the role alongside Elma Murray CBE, Vice-chair of the DYW Employers’ Forum.
The Career Services Collaborative was formed following the Career Review to strengthen and improve all-age Career Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG) provision across Scotland.
James and Elma bring a combined wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to ensuring people across Scotland are equipped with the skills, insights and opportunities they need to succeed in the future world of work.
The role of Interim Chair was previously held by former SDS Board member Grahame Smith, who also oversaw the Career Review.
