Caroline is a Director at Limelight Careers Ltd, a training provider involved in the delivery of both Modern and Foundation Apprenticeships.
As a business manager she is aware of the need to continually keep her finger on the pulse, and recognises the need for continuous improvement.
With an ever changing landscape ahead, Caroline understands the challenges being faced by her fellow STF Members.
Serving as an STF Director since November 2013 she believes STF to be an invaluable source of help and support – and critical link between key stakeholders supporting National Training Programmes in Scotland.
Caroline was elected as STF Chair in January 2024. Prior to this she was elected as Vice Chair for Events in December 2021 and Joint Vice Chair for Apprenticeships in December 2022.
