The sixth Semta Skills Awards are open for entries – but the closing date is soon – 30 November 2018.
The Semta Skills Awards celebrate the talented individuals and companies that make the advanced manufacturing and engineering sector one of the highest skilled sectors in the UK.
There are eight award categories to choose from, including two new Apprentice of the Year awards, as well as Graduate or Degree Apprentice of the Year, Training Partner and SME Investment in Skills, Skills Innovation of the Year, Skills Champion and Diversity in Engineering.
An overall ‘Best of British Engineering’ award will be given to reward one of the overall winners that have made a special contribution to supporting skills development within the sector.
Individuals and companies of all sizes working in the UK’s advanced manufacturing and engineering sector are invited to enter the awards for the opportunity to be crowned a winner and benefit from sector-wide recognition for their achievements.
The winners will be announced at a black tie awards ceremony on Thursday 21st March 2019 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, London in front of 550+ high profile guests from across industry, government and the media.
The deadline for entries is midnight on 30th November 2018.
