MGT Training is celebrating twenty years in business — two decades of delivering excellence and innovation in training and development across Scotland!
It’s honoured to be the first official training provider in Scotland to support apprentices at its valued partner, Altea 4 Franchise of McDonald’s, in achieving their SQA Diploma in Hospitality Team Member at SCQF Level 5.
And it’s celebrating a triple achievement:

Rachael’s Remarkable Journey – From crew member to First Assistant Manager at McDonald’s Forfar, Rachael has completed three apprenticeships with MGT (Levels 5, 7, and and is now undertaking her Level 9 in Management. Over 10 years of growth, learning, and leadership with MGT — a true inspiration!
