Arlene has been a Director with STF since 2018 and was elected to the post of Joint Vice Chair Employability in November 2023. Arlene has spent most of her working career in senior roles in Scotland and across the UK within the Apprenticeship and Employability Sector. With over 20 years’ experience Arlene is an accomplished leader in managing teams, consultants, partner delivery and frontline training and support staff to deliver compliant solutions for a range of public and private organisations across the UK.
A strategic thinker, with the ability to come up with effective plans in line with an organisations objective’s that influence and help businesses perform, set goals and determine priorities. Arlene was appointed as PeoplePlus Scottish Director of Employability in May 2020.
